These terms are an agreement between you and Get BodyDay (trading as "BodyDay"), the seller of the products offered on getbodyday.com: the 30-Day Plan, the Personal Audit and Premium Coaching. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to purchase.

What we provide

BodyDay delivers personalised nutrition and training guidance: a 30-day plan generated from your assessment, an optional personal audit reviewed by a coach, and optional one-to-one coaching. BodyDay provides fitness and wellness guidance for healthy adults. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for a doctor or licensed healthcare provider. Check with your doctor before starting any new nutrition or training program. Parts of your plan are generated with AI; outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be applied with common sense.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in euro.

Personal audit and coaching

The Personal Audit is reviewed by a human coach within the timeframe stated at purchase. Premium Coaching includes a defined period of direct access to a coach as described before purchase. Coaching does not include medical treatment or diagnosis.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property; interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping); reverse engineering; or sharing, reselling or redistributing your private plan link or content.

Intellectual property

Get BodyDay owns the service and all related intellectual property, including software, plan templates, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use your plan for your own use.

Service availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get BodyDay disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes resulting from applying the guidance without appropriate professional supervision. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
