Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy is provided by Get BodyDay (trading as "BodyDay", "we", "us"). Get BodyDay is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through getbodyday.com.

What we collect

Name and email address; your assessment answers (goals, training habits, dietary preferences and similar); order references and support messages; and basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, pages visited and referral or campaign parameters.

Why we use it and legal basis

To create and deliver your personalised plan, audit or coaching and to process your order (performance of a contract); to send service emails and answer support requests (contract / legitimate interests); to keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); to understand which pages and campaigns work so we can improve the product (legitimate interests); and to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host our site, database and email delivery, acting on our instructions; Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which sells the product to you and handles payments, subscriptions, tax compliance and invoicing (Paddle processes your payment data under its own privacy notice — we never see your card details); professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; and authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, private signed links for plans and restricted access to stored data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep your assessment session and remember your email for plan access, plus first-party campaign measurement. We do not run advertising trackers. You can clear or block these in your browser settings, although parts of the site may then not work.

Retention

We keep assessment, order and plan data for as long as needed to deliver and support your purchase and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by emailing info@getbodyday.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
